Return and Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligible Products and Exceptions

Please note that  any Made to Measure Products (Including but not limited to Front Doors(All Brands), Sliding and Lift and Slide Doors (All Brands), Gaskets (All Brands -as cut to measure from roll) cannot be returned unless it is faulty . Please inspect any products that you receive thoroughly at delivery and prior to installation (Doors etc.) .

To be eligible for a return,  you must be the original purchaser ,your item/s must be in the same condition that we shipped /you received it, unworn, not installed  or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returning Process and Conditions 

To start a return, you need to contact us at sales@unikdoors.uk or call 01446771314. 

Once you've received your authorisation to return from us, please send your return to the following address: 

Unikdoors, Unit 19, Vale Business Park, Vale of Glamorgan, CF71 7PF .

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without a valid return authorisation will not be accepted.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when you send the item back, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item .

Once we received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days. Please note, you will be credited the order value less the original delivery costs paid and any restocking costs due.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale Items 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that any Made to Measure Products (Including but not limited to Front Doors(All Brands), Sliding and Lift and Slide Doors (All Brands), Gaskets (All Brands -as cut to measure from roll) cannot be returned unless it is faulty .IF NOT SURE ON A PRODUCT or request further assistance , please get in touch prior to ordering .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

You will be responsible for the return postage before we can send out a replacement item. Replacement orders may be subject to handling and delivery charges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@unikdoors.uk.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as long as it is not from MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS  ((Including but not limited to Front Doors(All Brands), Sliding and Lift and Slide Doors (All Brands), Gaskets (All Brands -as cut to measure from roll) or if has not been shipped,(or confirmed as processed for shipping) .
