The Schuco 239366 is a concealed 100° VL-Band door hinge supplied as a pack of two. No fixings Included with the packs.
This concealed door hinge is designed for aluminium hollow chamber profiles and sits entirely within the door and frame, so no part of the hinge is visible when the door is closed. The 100° version allows a full 100% clear access width through the opening, making it suited to entrance doors where the finished sightline matters as much as the function.
Design and Performance
Because the hinge body is located inside the profile, it is protected from dirt and weather, and there is no direct external access to the hinge for attempted forced entry. The compact construction adds stability to the door unit and makes the hinge suitable for heavy door leaves. The result is a clean, uninterrupted line along the door edge with no loss of load capacity.
