Achieve a professional and long-lasting seal with Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 in a sophisticated Dark Anthracite (RAL 7016). This low modulus, neutral cure, alcoxy, low odour silicone sealant offers exceptional adhesion to a vast range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming.

- Excellent Adhesion: Bonds reliably to glass, metals, plastics, wood (painted/unpainted), uPVC, polycarbonate, lead, copper, zinc, precast concrete, masonry, brick, natural stone, and terracotta.
- Versatile Applications: Ideal for perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood, and powder-coated aluminium. Perfect for sealing and as an adhesive for PVCu/plastic trims, weather sealing in pre-formed panels, curtain walling, glazing, draught proofing, and expansion joints.
- Superior Performance: Offers excellent tooling properties, slow skinning for large applications, and outstanding external weathering over many years. Its high viscosity, non-slump formula ensures clean application.
- Specialised Use: Suitable for bedding and sealing Insulated Glass Units and resistant to fumed Hydrogen Peroxide and Formaldehyde once cured.
